Consumer Directed Services (CDS) is a Medicaid based program that provides personal care assistant to you. The Consumer (client) has the comfort to hire and train the Attendant (caregiver) of their choose. Attendant will assist the consumer with Housekeeping, Laundry, Bathing, Showering, Meal Preparation, Essential Transportation and etc.
CLIENT QUALIFICATION

- Have a physical disability
- Able to self-direct
CAREGIVER QUALIFICATION
- At least 18 years old
- Pass background checks
- Able to read and write
Agency Model Program
PRIORITY ONE AGENT WILL GIVE YOU THE BEST PERSONAL CARE
Agency Model (In-Home Services) Program is a Medicaid based program that provides quality and reliable home healthcare and respite care from Priority One. Priority One will assist the client with all there Dressing/Grooming, Bathing, Mobility, Laundry, Cleaning and Meal Preparation needs. The client will be able to enjoy themselves in the comfort of there home without the stress of worrying about house hold tasks.
CLIENT QUALIFICATION
- Active Medicaid
- Have a medical disability
- Receive social security in the state of Missouri
CAREGIVER QUALIFICATION
- At least 18 years old
- Pass background checks
- Able to read and write
Healthy Children & Youths
THE YOUTH CAN RECEIVE QUALITY HOMECARE
Healthy Children and Youth (HCY) program is a Medicaid based program that provides home healthcare for youth with medical and behavioral problems. Priority One Healthcare Services provides a care plan that meets your individual need. Our caregivers are highly qualified and trained for the needs of our behavioral youth.

Private Pay Services
Private Pay Services (PPS) is a program designed for those who do not have medicaid or insurance coverage. This program is tailored to your specific needs such as errands, personal care services, respite overnights and so much more.

- To remain independent
- Strong willingness to stay in your home
