Making a difference in the lives of others has always been important to me.
Some of my earliest lessons about caring for others came from my grandmother. She taught me patience in a way I will never forget. She loved getting out and going places, and what should have been a quick 20-minute trip could easily turn into hours. But those moments were never wasted. They taught me that caring for someone means meeting them where they are, giving them your time, and allowing them to maintain their independence and enjoy life at their own pace.
After spending 20 years working in the finance industry, I reached a point where I knew I was being called to do something different—something that would allow me to have a more personal impact on people's lives.
That desire led me to start Priority One Healthcare Services.
For me, this company has always been about more than providing home care. It's about helping people remain independent, supporting families, and giving clients the dignity, respect, and quality of care they deserve.
Today, I am grateful to have built a business that allows me to combine my experience, compassion, and commitment to serving others. Knowing that the work we do can make someone's day easier, help a family feel supported, or improve a person's quality of life is what continues to motivate me.

I earned my MBA in Business Administration and Marketing from Lindenwood University. Throughout my career, I always knew that I wanted to use my education, experience, and passion for business to do something that positively impacted people and their families.
When the opportunity came to start an in-home healthcare company, I knew—and so did my family—that it was the right path for me.
There is something incredibly rewarding about knowing that the work we do each day helps someone live more comfortably, independently, and confidently in their own home. Whether we are supporting a client, helping a family find the right caregiver, or simply being there when someone needs us, every day gives us an opportunity to make a difference.
Today, I truly love what I do. I come to work knowing that our team has the ability to bring comfort, support, and happiness to someone's life—and that is what makes this journey so rewarding.
